Kangana Ranaut, who recently took over the reins of her upcoming period film, ‘Manikarnika – The Queen Of Jhansi’ from director Krish, is leaving no stone unturned to make the most of it. The actress, who plays the titular role, will be seen pulling off some high octane stunts in the film. Recently, action director Nick Powell opened up about she performing stunts and this is what he thinks of her.
Nick Powell reportedly stated said that Kangana insisted on doing all the action stunts by herself and he is mighty impressed with her dedication. Kangana apparently practised sword fighting for eight hours a day, and convincingly pulled off each stunt. The action director also added that he has worked with actors like Russell Crowe, Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt but Kangana reportedly gave him an unique experience where an actress was leading the pack. He also stated that there were times when she pulled off smoother stunts than Tom Cruise.

2/42Krish's name to be withdrawn from 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi' credits?
We all are aware that Kangana Ranaut has taken over the reins of his upcoming period drama 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi' since Krish left the project to work his NTR biopic.
Reportedly, an actor stated that Kangana has directed almost 35 per cent of the film and not just fresh scenes but the actress has shot some sequences which have been already filmed by Krish.
And now, it seems Kangana will have the credits as the co-director of the project, however, Krish is not up for this idea.
A source reported that Krish has a distinguished career as a filmmaker and has directed a number of epics before this project. The director is not ready for reconciliation and has moved on and he won't allow his to be credited as co-director. The further added that the actress will have to take solo credit for the film as director.
The film is in the post-production phase now, however, all the actors are worried about their roles in the film. An actor who shot for 40 days doesn't know how much of his portion will be incorporated in the movie. However, the actor added that everyone is asked to be tight-lipped about the same and all they can do is pray.
Meanwhile, the film is all set to hit the theatres on January 25 2019.

Kangana Ranaut has been rocking the headlines for her upcoming film 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi'. The teaser of the film which has been released recently garnered a lot of appreciation from all the quarters.
After the director of the film, Krish left the project mid-way to for NTR biopic, Kangana took over the reins of the film. And according to the recent reports, the makers have asked the actress to look after the post-production work of the film too.
Today, she was snapped outside producer Kamal Jain's office in Mumbai. She looked beautiful in a pink dress. The producer and Ranaut were snapped while they were engrossed in discussion. The duo even posed for the media.
Meanwhile, the film is all set to hit the theatres on January 25, 2019. The film will lock horns with Hrithik Roshan's 'Super 30'.

According to the earlier reports, the director of Kangana Ranaut's 'Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi', Krish, parted his ways with the project to start his NTR biopic.
And hence, Kangana took over the reins and completed the shoot of the film. Now, according to the latest report, the makers have asked the actress to look after the editing of the film too.
Reportedly, Krish informed the makers of the film that he won't be able to get involved in the post-production process, editing, as he is already occupied with the NTR film. A source said that there is an ego tussle as the director also want to release the second part of the NTR biopic on the same day as the historical.
The report further stated that the 'Queen' star has directed almost 90-95 per cent of the film's drama-scenes in the 45-day shoot and has no interest to take the director's credit. However, after Krish informed about his unavailability, the makers approached Kangana for the same and it seems she needs to take out some time to edit the film.
